- You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return
- No questions asked policy for first-time returns
- Subscription customers maintain the same return rights

How to Return

1. Contact our Customer Service team at help@pureedge.co or through our Contact page
2. Include your order number and reason for return (optional)
3. You'll receive return shipping instructions
4. Ship items back in secure packaging
5. Include original packing slip or order information

Refund Process

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Original shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded
- Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products not purchased directly from Pure Edge
- Products past the 30-day return window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Take photos of damaged items/packaging
- We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund
- No return shipping costs in these cases

Subscription Orders

- Each monthly delivery falls under the same 30-day return policy
- Canceling subscription does not affect return eligibility
- Subscription discounts will be considered in refund amounts

International Returns

- International customers are eligible for our return policy
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Please allow additional processing time for international returns

Exchange Policy

- We do not process direct exchanges
- Please return unwanted items and place a new order
